"I voted "yes" because the icons don't bother me, but I wanted to comment and say that I think the "no nipple in the default icon" rule is a perfectly reasonable one, and I can't really think of the last time I saw a genuine breastfeeding picture that had the nipple showing (the eating baby obscures the nipple, which is the entire point in the first place), so despite my general pro-breastfeedingness, I don't have any problem with the policy as it currently stands.
But it wouldn't bother me if my children saw a breast on LiveJournal in a non-sexualized context like breastfeeding or a non-sexual artwork, either."
