about the poll

Just wanted to respond to a few of the questions and comments I've received on the poll. :)

Several of you mentioned you'd be interested in hearing more about my "daily life" type stuff. That can be found here. I'm not so into talking about those things on this journal, although they do occasionally get mentioned, because this journal has somewhat of a different purpose. Please feel free to read my diaryland journal, though, and if you don't normally read anything on that site, you can sign up for my notify list (the link is on my page) so that you get an email when I update and don't have to check it otherwise.

Updating more frequently? Well, I'm working on that. :) It would help if a) I wasn't so darn busy all the time and b) I had more time to hang out with natalieann so that I can write more of those sex entries that many of you seem to love. :) Those things should both be happening soon, happily. My summer busy time is about to come to an end--this weekend and next are about it, at least for a while, and I have to say I'm glad. :) Life is going to be much more normal after that, and I'll have a chance to do some things I haven't been able to do in a while, like scene with natalieann and maybe even cross-stitch!

If you're seeing mostly quizzes and that's what you complained about, it's because you're not on my friends list. Either add me, or leave me a comment letting me know you'd like me to add you, and as long as your journal doesn't seriously freak me out (child pornographers need not apply, for example...) I'll most likely add you. (And if you do join my list, be sure to fill out the poll linked on my userinfo page to let me know which of my filters you want to be on.)

Thanks for all the reading suggestions! I found it interesting that some of you suggested authors, while some suggested LJ users (which was what I really had in mind). :) I'm planning to check out everything you suggested. :)

As far as the specific questions people asked....I think I'll make a friends-only post about that.
