My comment was this:

"I voted "yes" because the icons don't bother me, but I wanted to comment and say that I think the "no nipple in the default icon" rule is a perfectly reasonable one, and I can't really think of the last time I saw a genuine breastfeeding picture that had the nipple showing (the eating baby obscures the nipple, which is the entire point in the first place), so despite my general pro-breastfeedingness, I don't have any problem with the policy as it currently stands.

But it wouldn't bother me if my children saw a breast on LiveJournal in a non-sexualized context like breastfeeding or a non-sexual artwork, either."

Yeah--the poll is badly worded. I think what most of the bfing moms on LJ want is for icons that show areola with the baby fully latched on to be allowed. Which was not an option in the poll.
